The terms that apply when you engage Gatespark Technologies for design, development, data, marketing, or game design work.

By using this site or engaging Gatespark Technologies for services, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Each project is governed by its own written proposal or statement of work, which sets out deliverables, timeline, and fees. These terms apply in addition to, not instead of, that agreement.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for any third-party tools, libraries, or assets licensed rather than created by us, which remain subject to their own licenses.
Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are set out in each project's proposal. Late payments may pause active work until the account is current.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as described in the relevant proposal. You'll be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
Gatespark Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
